Mr. Tsuneo Watanabe is a Senior Fellow for the Tokyo Foundation.

Mr. Watanabe joined the Japan Chair at Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington D.C. in 1995. He has served a visiting research scholar, research associate, fellow, senior fellow and currently adjunction fellow.
