Mr. Cox has been the Chairman of Barclays Americas since May 2008. He was Chairman of Neo Material Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of rare earth, zirconium and magnetic materials, from September 2005 to September 2006.

Mr. Cox was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Magnequench, Inc., a manufacturer of magnetic material, from October 1995 to August 2005, and was the Chairman of Manequench, Inc. from September 2005 to September 2006.

Mr. Cox is the Chairman of Sextant Group, Inc. and a director of Hutchinson Technology Incorporated. Mr. Cox has been a director of the Company since February 2008.
