FORA.tv Speaker - Lip-Bu Tan

Lip-Bu Tan is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cadence Design Systems, Inc. He has been a member of the Cadence Board of Directors since 2004 and serves as a member of the Finance and Technology Committees of the Board.

He also serves as chairman of Walden International, a venture capital firm he founded in 1987. Prior to founding Walden, Tan was Vice President at Chappell & Co. and held management positions at EDS Nuclear and ECHO Energy.
