Randal W. Jackson holds the positions of President and Principal-in-Charge of Design Services at The Planning Center. With his more than 31 years of experience in land planning and design, Jackson conceives and develops unique land use and community concepts for award-winning communities built around and integrating transportation, open space, park and recreation systems. He currently oversees projects in California, Utah, and Colorado. He has led major planning projects in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Texas, and South Carolina. Jackson's current projects include: Kennecott Strategic Development Plan for the 100,000-acre Oquirrh Mountain project site in Utah; the Westfields Annexation Master Plan in Springville, Utah; and redevelopment planning for several cities in Orange County.
