As founder and former CEO of Shelter Systems, America's largest producer and exporter of component type manufactured housing, Mr. Sylk has experienced and survived four economic recessions. In addition to his work with Shelter Systems, with Property Management Services, Mr. Sylk, has proven himself as a developer, manager and owner of over one million square feet of industrial parks, and building occupied by over 100 companies. Mr. Sylk is a graduate of both the Wharton School and Columbia Business school (MBA '65) and has been a member of the National Association of Home Builders, Certified Commercial Property Builders since 1986.
