As Senior Vice-president of communications and brand management, Christine M. Owens has global responsibility for Public Relations, Employee Communications, Customer Communications, Advertising and Brand Management. Owens is a member of the UPS Management Committee, which oversees the day-to-day management of the company. Prior to her current position, Owens served as UPS's vice president for transportation where she directed the coordination, planning, and utilization of the UPS transportation network.
