FORA.tv Speaker - Matthew Heim

Matthew Heim joined NineSigma in August 2008 as President. Heim has more than 25 years of international management experience in the consulting and strategic planning industries, including serving nine years as a managing partner of Clarkston Consulting, a leading management and technology consulting firm. Heim spent the majority of his career working in the areas of strategic visioning, corporate turnarounds, innovation planning and large-scale systems change. At Clarkston Consulting, Heim led the strategic services group, where he was responsible for P&L, development, sales and delivery of all client-related strategic services. Heim began his career in the United States Army as a German interpreter and telecommunications specialist. Following his military service, he worked in a variety of management and executive roles, including managing director with Coopers & Lybrand/ PriceWaterhouseCoopers; principal at KPMG Peat Marwick Consulting in Frankfurt, Germany; and senior project director at TechDyn Systems Corporation in Heidelberg, Germany.
