Shephard Hill is president of Boeing International and a member of the company's executive council. He oversees international affairs and has leadership responsibilities for twenty Boeing in-country operations throughout the world. Previously, he was Boeing’s senior vice president of business development and strategy, vice president of business development at Boeing Integrated Defense Systems, vice president of Boeing Space and Communications government relations, and vice president of space systems for the Integrated Space and Defense Systems business unit. He has also served as Rockwell's vice president for aerospace government affairs and marketing and as chief of staff and legislative director to Congressman Bill Chappell (D-FL).
