Bich Ha Pham works on public policy, legislative advocacy and community organizing. She currently chairs the Federal Issues Committee for the Welfare Reform Network that works on TANF reauthorization policy advocacy and was invited to testify by the House of Representatives Human Resources Subcommittee on the reauthorization. Recently, Bich Ha shared her family’s experience on welfare after coming to the U.S. as refugees from the Vietnam War for the Welfare Made A Difference National Campaign.
