Dr. Lorraine C. Mion is Director of Nursing Research and Geriatric Nursing at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. Having previously served as Director of Nursing Research at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Director of Outcomes Research at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, she currently holds faculty appointments at Kent State University College of Nursing and Ursuline College Breen School of Nursing, where she teaches graduate geriatric nursing and nursing research courses. In addition, she will be a 2007-2008 Visiting Professor through the Independence Foundation at the Vanderbilt School of Nursing.
