Dorothy Fall is the author of Bernard Fall: Memories of a Soldier-Scholar. Dorothy Fall's husband, journalist and historian Bernard Fall, began covering Vietnam in 1953, during the French occupation, and continued through the early years of the U.S. involvement there. He was killed in Vietnam in 1967.
