David G. Campbell is a United States District Court Judge for the District of Arizona. He was appointed by President Bush in 2003. Following graduation from the University of Utah College of Law, Judge Campbell served as a law clerk for Judge J. Clifford Wallace of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice William H. Rehnquist of the United States Supreme Court. He then practiced as a commercial litigator with the Phoenix, Arizona law firms of Osborn Maledon and Meyer, Hendricks, Victor, Osborn and Maledon, and taught as an adjunct professor of law at the Arizona State University and J. Reuben Clark law schools. Judge Campbell is a member of the Advisory Committee on the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
