By SEAN MCCABE

If you’ve searched “Atheist” or “Skeptic” on Youtube in the last couple of years, chances are you’ve come across UK intellects Christopher Hitchens (author, God’s Not Great, above right) and Stephen Fry (actor/comedian/author, above left) in some sort of debate or discussion. Both men have garnered fans and critics alike in England, but remain mostly unheard of in the States.

On November 9th, 8:30 – 10:00pm GMT, Hitchens and Fry will come together via satellite on FORA.tv for a conversation discussing “politics, literature and, as Hitchens puts it, ‘the things that make life worth defending; foes like faith and false consolation.’ ” Sadly, Hitchens has been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer, so the number of discussions he has left remains unknown. It’s best to see these two powerhouses together while you still can.

The price for the web event is 5 quid ($7.88, Yanks), which includes live access and unlimited, on-demand viewing for 30 days following the event. More info available on FORA.TV
