President Obama wants America to save the world from itself by capping carbon emissions. But the green crusade has sparked opposition. Doubters argue that the science is not sound and that draconian carbon measures would undermine the global economy. Does "climate change" - until recently called "global warming" by activists - a truly imminent threat that requires drastic measures? Or is it an exaggerated problem that is too costly to address when the world economy is so fragile?
