| Nothing, and that won't change. FORA.tv membership is free and open to anyone, worldwide. We have other ways of paying our bills. |
| I am having trouble verifying my account, what do I do? |
| If you sign up with a valid email account, you should receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your registration. If you do not receive that email, try to sign up again. If the system lets you sign up the second time, then your email was most likely entered incorrectly the first time. If the system tells you that your email is already in use, contact us |
| How do I change my account information like password and email address? |
| The profile section of the website is under construction, so you can't make any changes to your profile information for a while yet, while we are working on it. For urgent issues, please contact us |
| I forgot my username or password, what do I do? |
| Just click "Forgot your password?", link at the left of the login box at the top right of your screen, then enter the email address you signed up with. We'll send you instructions. |
| Where is my MyFORA stuff? |
| While we were busy creating the brand-new look and feel, a better viewing experience, and more ways to share videos, we had to temporarily disable access to MyFORA and the friends and videos you've saved there. Don't worry - they'll be back and better than ever in no time. None of your saved videos, ThinkTanks or friendships will be lost in the transition, and we really hope you'll love the new site experience. |
