Vulture Festival, BounceX BEHAVE Conference, and Rogers Corporation Enroll FORA.tv Video Services

Vulture continues to use FORA.tv video services for filming and post-production of their 2017 festival. Vulture.com, New York Magazine’s culture and entertainment site, hosts Vulture Festival, a pop-culture extravaganza celebrating the best of today’s television, music, film, comedy, and more. The festival took place May 20th and 21st at Milk Studios in New York City, with a weekend-long series of high-profile events.  Vulture is the go-to-site for everyone who lives, breathes, and consumes entertainment. Every year the festival brings together an eclectic group of artists with the aim to thrill fans of everything trendy. The list of talent appearing at this year’s Vulture Fest is a literal who’s who of TV, movies and music, including Sarah Jessica Parker, Aziz Ansari, Neil Patrick Harris, Connie Britton, Stephen Colbert, Gillian Jacobs, Kevin Bacon, and Vince Vaughn, to name a few. FORA.tv will capture the Festival on film to extend the shelf life of the star-studded event.

BEHAVE annual 2017, hosted by BounceX, chose FORA.tv for video production of their two day conference in May. Bounce Exchange is a leader in cloud-based behavioral marketing and analytics software. Their conference, BEHAVE, is the second enterprise conversion assembly, which took everything great from WhichTestWon’s “The Live Event” and made it even better. Expanding on TLE’s success, BEHAVE is at the intersection of marketing, optimization, testing and behavioral psychology; seamlessly blending these diverse disciplines to deliver a truly unique 3-day event. By converging these fields, BEHAVE digs into the root of all conversions – human behavior. The conference was filled with a series of curated conversion conversations lead by the industry’s experts.

Rogers Corporation selected FORA.tv to manage and facilitate live streaming for their internal corporate communications town hall. Rogers Corporation is an American specialty materials company that was originally founded in 1832. Black Enterprise Magazine Partners with FORA.tv To Live Stream Multi-Day, Multi-Session Summits

Black Enterprise continues their partnership with FORA.tv for two summits in March and May 2017. Black Enterprise is the premier business, investing, and wealth-building resource for African Americans. Since 1970, Black Enterprise has provided essential business information and advice to professionals, corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and decision makers.

Black Enterprise hosted the Women of Power Summit in Phoenix AZ, where FORA.tv was chosen to partner with them for this multi-day summit. Women of Power Summit is the premier event for women of color to gather for three days of networking, uplifting, supporting, sharing, developing and bonding. There were a number of informational talks given by powerful executives, decision-makers, influencers, and leaders that were live streamed using FORA.tv’s expert production team and Brightcove streaming technology.

This year marks the 22nd anniversary of the Black Enterprise Entrepreneurs Summit, which will take place May 17–20, 2017 at the Marriott Marquis Houston. The summit is one of the nation’s largest gatherings of entrepreneurs attended by more than 1,000 business leaders. This year’s summit highlights include the celebration and awards ceremony honoring the 45th anniversary of the BE 100s—the annual ranking of the nation’s largest black businesses with combined revenues over $40 billion. Each year, small business owners and entrepreneurs from all over the country gather to take in advice from strategic, motivational, and leadership sessions designed to benefit emerging and established minority businesses.

The organization wanted to make the event available to a wide audience by live streaming the discussions. Black Enterprise also implemented FORA.tv’s Boost campaign to promote engagement around the event on Facebook and Twitter while providing added value to their sponsors. FORA.tv’s marketing team followed along with the live conferences to cut and promote the most exciting and informative highlights from the conference via FORA.tv’s Boost social media campaign. FORA.tv Blast was also used to multi-channel live stream the conference to their website and social media channels at the same time.

Gracenote, MediaX Conference, and King Abdullah University of Science Technology Utilize FORA.tv Video Services

MediaX at Stanford University, continues to use FORA.tv video services for filming and post-production of their 2017 conference with the theme, “Sense-Making & Making Sense“. With digital tools, on April 20th, the #mediaX2017 Conference applied knowledge about human sense-making to our explorations of sensors and signals, information processing, analysis, and reasoning by machines. MediaX harnesses the drive of industry and the genius of Stanford to change the world. MediaX helps its members explore how the thoughtful use of technology can impact a range of fields, and research innovative ways for people to collaborate with the information, products, and industries of tomorrow.

King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in San Francisco comes on as a new client using FORA.tv to produce video for their recruitment efforts. KAUST’s attracts and develops top talent from the Kingdom and around the world, and allows its members to fulfill their intellectual potential in a state-of-the-art environment. FORA.tv captured footage of alumni interviews and produced a sizzle reel with custom editing.

SF Film Festival, National Constitution Center, and World Monuments Foundation Continue Using FORA.tv To Live Stream and Produce Video.

The longest-running film festival in the Americas, the San Francisco International Film Festival (SFFILM Festival) is an extraordinary showcase of cinematic discovery. Featuring some 150 films and live events at venues across the Bay Area, the landmark 60th anniversary ran April 5–19, and included more than 100 filmmakers in attendance. FORA.tv has been working with them for years and continues to power their most memorable events, along with a building a custom portal for them – SFFILM screening room – which you can visit at Films.FORA.tv. A notable live stream FORA.tv captured was Bollywood star, Shah Rukh Khan at the Castro Theater in San Francisco. FORA.tv also filmed and post-produced footage for the festival, including William Hearst’s interview about Citizen Kane.  FORA.tv provided a dedicated editor who quickly turned around snippets of content for social media distribution.

The National Constitution Center is the first and only institution in America established by Congress to “disseminate information about the United States Constitution on a non-partisan basis in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people.” The Constitution Center brings the United States Constitution to life by hosting interactive exhibits and constitutional conversations and inspires active citizenship by celebrating the American constitutional tradition. FORA.tv live streamed their Freedom Day in Philadelphia which convened a host of luminaries — including leading thinkers on policy, innovation and national affairs — to discuss the changing nature of freedom in America, and examine threats and opportunities in the future.

The World Monuments Fund is a private nonprofit organization founded in 1965 by individuals concerned about the accelerating destruction of important artistic treasures throughout the world. Now celebrating 50 years, World Monuments Fund has orchestrated over 600 projects in 90 countries. FORA.tv will be in New York filming the 2017 Paul Mellon Lecture, The Life and Art of Historic Buildings presented by Principal of Selldorf Architects, Annabelle Selldorf.

Conde Nast partners with FORA.tv for Vanity Fair’s Oscar Party, The New Yorker’s Truth to Power, and Teen Vogue

Vanity Fair’s annual invitation only Oscar-night bash after the 89th Academy Awards was held at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, CA. Wanting to give fans from all over the world the ability to view the red carpet and be a part of the exciting event, Vanity Fair live streamed the event. FORA.tv streamed the event on VanityFair.com, Facebook and Twitter. This was first time the event has ever been live streamed and it was a tremendous success. FORA.tv organized the full production of a 5 camera production on the red carpet and in a custom built studio. The broadcast featured panel discussions, red carpet interviews, and a stream to a screen in the studio for celebrity commentary.

The New Yorker and Public Theater present a four-series public forum, A Well-Ordered Nation. Over four evenings in the coming months, artists, thinkers, journalists, performers, and politicians will come together at to consider what it means to be responsible citizens and how culture can respond to politics in the age of Donald Trump. As each day brings fresh indications of how President Trump intends to reshape America, anxieties rise, protests continue, and the Administration’s vision of a new world order is watched around the globe with surprise and trepidation. The Public Theater and The New Yorker bring together a group of journalists and artists to examine what it means to tell truth to power. FORA.tv multi-channel live streamed two of the public forums using FORA.tv Blast.

Teen Vogue collaborated with FORA.tv when they live streamed a Beauty and the Beast roundtable discussion on Facebook. FORA.tv provided audio and live streamed Teen Vogue’s evening with Cleo Wade on the upcoming film at the Crosby Street Hotel in New York.
