Patricia David
Patricia David is a Managing Director and the Global Head of Diversity for JP Morgan Chase.
Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, David was a Managing Director and the Global Head of Diversity for Citi's Institutional Clients Group. She represented Citi on the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA) Diversity committee from 2001 to 2009.
In March 2002, she was the recipient of the YMCA "Black Achievers in Industry" award and in November 2005, she was the recipient of the YWCA "Women Achievers" award. Born in Birmingham, England, Ms. David received a B.S. in Finance and Economics with a minor in Accounting from Fordham University in 1981.

Melinda Thomas
Melinda Thomas is the current Entrepreneur-In-Residence for New York City. Thomas is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of industry experience. She was VP, Operations at CardioDx, where she took the company from day one through first product launch, with responsibility for all non-research functions.
Prior to CardioDx, she was the first employee and VP, Operations at ParAllele Biosciences, a high through-put genotyping and SNP discovery company. Melinda holds a B.S. from U.C. Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her career out of HBS started with Molecular Dynamics / Amersham Pharmacia where she ran the manufacturing organization.
Marissa Wesely
Marissa C. Wesely is a partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and a member of the firm's Corporate Department, specializing in domestic and international bank financing with an emphasis on leveraged acquisition finance and recapitalization transactions, principally advising corporate borrowers and equity sponsors.
Ms. Wesely is a member of the Executive Committee of DirectWomen and a member the Boards of Directors of Legal Momentum (The Women's Legal Defense and Education Fund) and The Global Fund for Women. Ms. Wesely is a co-founder of The Kate Stoneman Project, a leadership organization for women partners of 10 leading New York-based law firms. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Wenner-Gren Foundation, a private operating foundation dedicated to the advancement of anthropology throughout the world.
Ms. Wesely joined Simpson Thacher in 1980 and spent three years in the Firm's London office. She graduated from Williams College in 1976, magna cum laude, and received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1980.
