Cheryl Benton
Cheryl Benton is the creator and publisher of The Three Tomatoes and the founder and managing partner at 747 Marketing. She is a past international Chairman of the Business Marketing Association.
Benton is a graduate of Adelphi University. She is serves on the boards of two non-profit organizations in New York City, Partnership with Children and Appleseed, both of whom focus on working with at risk children in New York City's Public Schools.
Sarah Endline
Sarah Endline has worked in Product Development & Marketingfor companies like Yahoo!, Microsoft and The National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). She was also Project Manager at the World Bank and President of AIESEC. But most importantly, she is the CEO of sweetriot, healthy dark chocolate covered cacao nibs that can be found in Whole Foods, Zabars, Balducci's, Safeway and many more.
Jason Oshiokpekhai
Jason Oshiokpekhai is the manager of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at American Airlines, where he is responsible for investing in SMEs, specifically high-growth entrepreneurs, startups, incubators and accelerators. He hold a Bachlor's degree in Business Administration fro Boston University, and a Master's in Political Science from St. John's University.
Nicole Ponseca
Nicole Ponseca is a restaurateur and owner of Maharlika Filipino Moderno. She is a former advertising and production executive for Saatchi & Saatchi, Euro RSCG and worked on brands including Oil of Olay, Coppertone and with directors like Michel Gondry.
Maharlika has garnered much attention on New York's culinary scene from its initial opening last year including a glowing review in the New York Times and the award for "Best New Resturant" by Metromix. Maharlika Filipino Moderno has been a trendsetter in the food world and is recognized by Timeout NY (Best New Food/Critic's Choice), Tasting Table (Top 10 Cocktail with Pacquiao Punch), Complex Magazine (Top Restaurant for 2012), Inc.com (Entrepreneurship) and The Huffington Post (Best Cuisine/Women Entreprenuers) as a major player in the dining scene.
Ponseca attended the University of San Francisco earning her B.A. in Business Administration. She now resides in Brooklyn, NY.
