Marnie Kain Cacossa
Marnie leads the JCPenney business and oversees the retail group at Saatchi & Saatchi's flagship New York office. Spanning 20+ years, Marnie has also led successful campaigns for JM Smucker, Procter and Gamble, Carnival Cruise Lines and Wendy's among others. From the iconic Folger's "Best part of Wakin' Up," to the award-winning Dawn "Saving Wildlife" cause platform, to JCPenney's "We Make It Affordable, You Make It Yours"--Marnie has been at the forefront of big ideas that get results. Additionally she has been an architect of Saatchi's brand navigation practice, working across agency disciplines and partners to customize collaboration models.
Marnie is a recognized leader in the advertising community. In 1994 she served as president of the Miami chapter of the American Advertising Federation and has recently served on the board of directors of the NY Ad Club. She also speaks on behalf of the Advertising Education Foundation, Rutgers Executive Women's Leadership Program and the American Advertising Federation.
Marnie graduated from University of Florida with a degree in Journalism and Business. She lives in New York City with her husband Anthony and 4-year old daughter Sienna.

Elisa Konofagou
Dr. Elisa Konofagou received her B.Sc. (Licence) in Chemical Physics from Université de Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris VI in Paris, France and her M.Sc. at Imperial College of Physics, Engineering and Medicine in Biomedical Engineering in 1992 and 1993, respectively. In 1999, Dr. Konofagou received her Ph.D. from the University of Houston in Biomedical Engineering for her work in elastography at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, TX and then pursued her postdoctoral work in elasticity-based monitoring of focused ultrasound therapy at Brigham and Women's Hospital, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA.
Professor Konofagou is currently an Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering and Director of the Ultrasound and Elasticity Imaging Laboratory at Columbia University. She is also a member of the IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics and Frequency Control, the Acoustical Society of America and the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine.
Konofagou's main interests are in the development of novel elasticity imaging techniques and applications, and more notably, breast elastography, ligament elastography, myocardial elastography, harmonic motion imaging and focused ultrasound therapy with several close clinical collaborations in the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.

C. Perry Yeatman
C. Perry Yeatman is the co-author with Stacie Nevadomski Berdan of Get Ahead by Going Abroad: A Woman's Guide to Fast-Track Career Success. She is an expert on women and international careers, and the senior vice president of corporate affairs at Kraft Foods.
Yeatman received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Kraft, Yeatman spent more than 10 years with two leading global communications firms, Burson-Marsteller and Shandwick Plc.
Yeatman was awarded the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Silver Anvil and Gold Sabre awards. She is currently an active member of the Arthur W. Page Society and The PR Seminar, and serves on the National Board of the Girl Scouts of the USA.
