Christie Cordes
Christie Cordes is the founder & owner of Ad Recruiter, an executive search firm. She has been a trusted advisor to top ad agencies and creatives alike for more than a decade. She was one of the first “e-cruiters” in the country and is a firm believer in the power of LinkedIn and other social media platforms. When she’s not finding and advising talent, Christie is haunting art galleries.
Colleen DeCourcy
Born in Toronto, Colleen spent the early years of her career working in advertising and TV production in Canada. She moved to New York, and by 2006, Advertising Age named her one of the top 25 Women to Watch. That same year Colleen sat on the Cannes Cyber Lions Jury. Most recently, Colleen was Chief Digital Officer, Worldwide at the major international ad firm TWBA, where she worked with clients including Adidas, Pepsi and Nissan. She left TBWA in the summer of 2010 to start Socialistic, which she now runs as CEO.
Colleen describes Socialistic at a “creative strategic consultancy,” for the new Digital/Mobile & Social channels rather than an ad agency. The company works with brands, including Showtime Networks, Fast Company magazine and GE, to develop content and social media strategies that support a Brand Publishing approach to consumer engagement.

Kathlene Mullens, MLHR, SPHR is the founder and CEO of Female Equality MattersTM, The "No Glass Ceiling" Certification/Brand©.With over a decade of HR experience in four Fortune 100 companies, as well as a master's and senior certification in the discipline, Ms. Mullens is using that expertise in diversity, recruiting, line HR, employee development, and technology to help leverage the power of consumer spending to yield more women, with more equitable pay, in the C-suite and board rooms of companies, non-profits, and colleges/universities around the world.
Rebecca Rivera
Rebecca Rivera is a social animal, digital writer, and occasional Creative Director who recently gave up agency life to go freelance. She believes marketers get shortchanged when the people most likely to buy their products aren’t in decision-making roles at ad agencies. She should know.
