Joan FitzGerald
Joan FitzGerald is Vice President of Television Sales and Business Development at comScore where she is responsible for television and digital client and data provider relationships. Joan oversees expansion of comScore’s cross-media initiatives, which now includes television measurement in the comScore suite of digital measurement products. With more than two decades of industry experience, Ms. FitzGerald fosters strong relationships with major media companies and data providers to ensure comScore meets their needs for “multi-screen†television, Internet and mobile measurement solutions.
Ms. FitzGerald joined comScore from Arbitron Inc., where she served as vice president of Arbitron’s Cross-Platform Services. She has a strong track record in working with a broad spectrum of media clients, including media companies, advertisers and advertising agencies. Ms. FitzGerald was vice president of sales for Project Apollo, a venture between Arbitron and Nielsen, where she secured contracts with leading consumer packaged goods and retail marketers.
Ms. FitzGerald holds an M.A. from University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana and a B.A. from University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA. Her research has been published in Journal of Advertising Research and major media research conferences.
Arthur Orduna
Arthur Orduna is presently Chief Technology Officer, Canoe Ventures, LLC.
Arthur Orduna manages the engineering and technology team for Canoe Ventures. He helps drive the creation of shared technology processes and standards for more robust audience targeting, interactivity and measurement. For more than 20 years, Arthur has worked in the media and interactive TV industries where he has helped develop critical initiatives with standard bodies, industry organizations and providers. He is an active member of SCTE, chaired the CableLabs Working Group, which developed the EBIF technical specification for enhanced television, and is a long-term advocate of open standards-based technologies and other cross-MSO projects. Before Canoe Ventures, Arthur was a Senior Vice President at Bright House Networks where he was responsible for leading the development of new technology-based products and services for video, high speed data, voice and wireless. In 2009, Arthur received the Individual Leadership Award of the 6th Annual Awards for Leadership in Interactive and Multiplatform Television, which were presented at The TV of Tomorrow Show. This award is given to "an individual who demonstrated notable leadership in the interactive, multiplatform TV industry over the past year, and whose efforts helped move that industry forward." He is also a member of NAMIC and CTAM, from which he received a Rainmaker Award in 2005.

Broadband systems allow voice, data, and video to be broadcast over the same medium at the same time. They may also allow multiple data channels to be broadcast simultaneously.
