Jeremy Arnon
Jeremy manages strategic partner development for Google Wallet. In this role he is tasked with negotiating partnerships with national retailers across various verticals including grocery, petroleum, specialty retail and QSR.
Prior to Google, Jeremy ran iAd partnerships and alliances at Apple, having landed there through the acquisition of mobile ad network Quattro Wireless. As senior director of business development at Quattro, he was responsible for growing the premier ad network's mobile inventory through partnerships with major media companies and iPhone application developers. He began his career in the promotions world, working with national manufacturers on in-store sweepstakes promotions at a NYC-based agency.
Jeremy has an MBA from Columbia University and a BBA from The George Washington University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
Mark Donovan
Mark is one of the leading experts in the mobile industry and heads comScore’s mobile product and marketing efforts. In this capacity he oversees the development of mobile data products and works with media, advertising, and technology companies to help develop strategies for growth and monetization. He served as CMO of M:Metrics prior to the company's acquisition by comScore in 2008. Before joining M:Metrics, Mark worked for RealNetworks as Director of Mobile Strategy, and later Director of Mobile Services, leading the team that launched North America's first 3G mobile video services.
Mark is a frequent speaker and author on new media and mobility and has more than 15 years of experience conducting research, data analysis, and modeling for the academic, public, and private sectors. He holds a Ph.D. in political science from the University of Washington, a master's degree in public policy from San Diego State University, and a bachelor's degree in business and entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University.
Scott Galloway
Scott is a clinical professor at the NYU Stern School of Business where he teaches brand strategy and luxury marketing and is the founder of L2, a think tank for digital innovation. Scott is also the founder of Firebrand Partners, an operational activist firm that has invested more than $1 billion in U.S. consumer and media companies. In 1997, he founded Red Envelope, an Internet-based branded consumer gift retailer. In 1992, Scott founded Prophet, a brand strategy consultancy that employs more than 120 professionals in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Scott was elected to the World Economic Forum’s “Global Leaders of Tomorrow,” which recognizes 100 individuals under the age of 40 “whose accomplishments have had impact on a global level.”
Scott has served on the boards of directors of Eddie Bauer (Nasdaq: EBHI), The New York Times Company (NYSE: NYT), Gateway Computer, eco-America, and UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. He received a B.A. from UCLA and an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley.
Tanuj Parikh
Tanuj is a Business Development Manager at GroupMe, a New York City-based mobile messaging startup that recently became part of the Skype family. In his role there, he helps brands engage their audiences in innovative ways through the GroupMe platform and spearheads the company's relationships with telecom providers. Prior to GroupMe, Tanuj worked at L2 on a number of Digital IQ studies and consulting engagements. He began his career at the New York City Development Corporation on the team charged with cultivating the city's "innovation economy." Tanuj has an AB in Government & Economics from Harvard and can be found relentlessly rooting for the Knicks in his spare time.
Andy Weissman
Andy is a partner at Union Square Ventures. He began his career in the Internet at AOL in the mid-90s, then managed a series of venture funds with Dawntreader Ventures. In 2007, he co-founded betaworks, which both created and invested in social real-time applications and services. Andy was born in New York City and has a BA from Wesleyan University and a JD from Georgetown.
