Denise Incandela
Denise Incandela was named President of Saks Direct and Executive Vice President of the company in
June 2010 and assumed the additional role of Chief Marketing Officer of Saks Fifth Avenue in September
2011.
Ms. Incandela joined Saks Inc. in 1999 after serving as a consultant to Saks for five years while at
McKinsey & Company. Once onboard, Ms. Incandela spearheaded the development of the Saks Direct
business for Saks Fifth Avenue.
In 2007, Ms.Incandela was named President of Saks Direct and Group Senior Vice President of the
company.
Previously, she had been Senior Vice President of Business Development and Saks Direct, a
position she held since 2002.
Ms. Incandela began her career as the Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer at Shearson Lehman
Brothers and then joined McKinsey & Company’s New York Office, where she was a leader of the retail
practice.
Ms. Incandela received a B.S. degree in finance from Boston College and a M.B.A. from The Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Susan Lyne
Susan Lyne serves as Chairman of Gilt Groupe. Susan joined the company as Chief Executive Officer in September 2008, less than a year after Gilt's launch as a women's apparel and accessories business.
Lyne assumed the role of Chairman in September 2010. From November 2004 to July 2008, Ms Lyne was President and CEO of Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia (MSLO). Before joining MSLO, Susan spent eight years at Disney/ABC, rising to President of ABC Entertainment.
Lyne's early career was spent in the magazine industry. She was managing editor of New Times and later of The Village Voice and, in 1987, created and launched Premiere magazine for News Corp. Ms. Lyne serves on the board of AOL and is a trustee of The New School.
Harold Reiter
Harold D. Reiter is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Herbert Mines Associates. He joined the firm in 1993 as President, became Chief Executive Officer in 1998 and Chairman in 2004.
Mr. Reiter specializes in CEO and board-level positions for large public and privately held retail and consumer product companies. Boards of directors and CEOs regularly call upon him for succession planning and compensation consulting. In 2008, BusinessWeek selected him as one of the “100 Most Influential Headhunters” in the world.
Mr. Reiter entered the search business in 1986 at Korn/Ferry International and was named Partner two years later. After leaving the firm in 1990, he joined Butler Capital Corp., a private equity firm with more than 20 portfolio companies. As Recruiting Managing Director, he oversaw management changes in the portfolio companies and participated in due diligence for acquisitions.
Earlier, after graduating from law school, he worked at Arcata Corp.— at that time one of the country’s largest printers of books, magazines, and catalogs—as a corporate attorney and member of the management staff.
Mr. Reiter is a graduate of the University of Oregon and Lewis & Clark Law School. He is Chairman of the William Alanson White Institute of Psychiatry, Psychoanalysis, & Psychology.
