Keith Banks
Keith Banks is president of U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management, which provides integrated investment, trust, banking, and lending services to wealthy and ultra-wealthy clients. He also oversees BofA Global Capital Management, which offers money market funds, offshore funds, customized separate accounts, and sub-advisory services to institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Banks previously served as president of Bank of America's Global Private Client, Institutional and Investment Management business. During his career at Bank of America, he was also president of Global Wealth and Investment Management and president and chief investment officer of Columbia Management. He joined Bank of America in 2004, following its merger with FleetBoston Financial. Previously, Banks served as chief executive officer and chief investment officer of FleetBoston Financial's asset management organization. Prior to joining Fleet, Banks was a managing director and head of US equity for JP Morgan Investment Management for four years.
William E. Mayer
William E. Mayer is chairman emeritus of the Aspen Institute. He is a partner of Park Avenue Equity Partners, which is a private equity firm he founded in 1999. From 1992 to 1996, Mayer was a professor and dean of the College of Business and Management at the University of Maryland. During his tenure, he organized and led an effort that significantly improved the school's programs and it became one of the top 25 ranked business schools in the country. From 1991 to 1992, Mayer served as a professor and dean of the Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. Mayer worked for The First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse), a major investment bank, for 23 years. During his career at First Boston, he held numerous management positions including president and CEO. He is the US chairman of the British-North American Committee and serves on the board of many public companies.
