Peter Bauert
Mr. Bauert leads all general and administrative functions at Parallels, including finance, legal, HR, and IT. Prior to joining the company, he was EVP of Strategy and Operations at Fast Search & Transfer (FAST). In his role at FAST, Mr. Bauert was instrumental in growing the company from less than $30M revenue to almost $200M revenue, which ultimately led to the acquisition of FAST by Microsoft for $1.3 billion.
Prior to joining FAST, Mr. Bauert held executive positions at various early-stage technology companies, including CFO at SalesDriver (sold to Carlson) and VP Corporate Development at Cybergold (sold to MyPoints). Mr. Bauert holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, an M.S. in Computer Engineering from University of Central Florida, and an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College where he graduated with highest distinction as a Tuck Scholar.

Mr. Beloussov is a successful self-made entrepreneur and business executive with an outstanding 15-year track record in building, growing and leading high-performing, multi-national high tech companies in North America, Europe and Asia. Since 2003, he has been the Chairman and CEO of Parallels, a global leader in virtualization and automation software for consumers, businesses and service providers. Under Mr. Beloussov's leadership, Parallels has quickly grown to profitability and #1 market positions with its innovative desktop virtualization, OS containers and control panel product lines. He is also a Founder and major investor in Acronis, a global leader in storage management and disaster recovery software for consumers, SMBs and large enterprises.
Previously, Mr. Beloussov co-founded and helped grow a PC manufacturing business to $150 million in revenue in less than 3 years, the S&W electronics company to over $500 million in only 8 years, and Solomon Software SEA — each of which has become profitable in the first year since inception. He holds a B.S. in Physics, an M.S. in Physics and Electrical Engineering with High Honors, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.

Harry Flood
Mr. Flood brings to Mediaspectrum more than 30 years of finance and operations leadership experience. He will play an integral role in Mediaspectrum's finance and operations activities as well as facilitate strategic business development. Throughout his career, Mr. Flood has held a number of top management positions at global organizations. Most recently, he served as CFO for the Yankee Candle Company, Inc. (NYSE: YCC), the leading designer, manufacturer, retailer, and wholesaler of premium scented candles in the U.S.
As CFO, Mr. Flood was responsible for all accounting and audit functions, banking and insurance relationships, IS development, and general management. Flood also served as a member of the executive committee where he played an integral role in the sale of Yankee Candle Co. to Forstmann, Little and Co. for over $500 million. Mr. Flood was involved with Yankee Candle Co. from its inception in 1976 through 1999.
Prior to his work with Yankee Candle Co. Mr. Flood was Controller and later became vice president of finance for the Facemate Corporation, a global manufacturer of textile mill products. During his nine years at Facemate, Mr. Flood was responsible for all financial activities as well as growing an IT department with extensive in-house software development programs.
Mr. Flood holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.

Prior to founding Mediaspectrum, Mr. Killoh was the founder of Openpages where he served as the vice president of engineering and chairman. During his tenure at Openpages Mr. Killoh raised $54 million in seed and expansion funding from top tier venture firms including Goldman Sachs and led Openpages to a market capitalization that eclipsed $190 million.
Mr. Killoh founded Openpages in 1995 when he co-developed and launched the Openpages content management system. Mr. Killoh transformed Openpages into an end-to-end enterprise solution that served Fortune 500 customers including Gannett Co., Thomson Financial Media, Knight-Ridder, and the Tribune Co. During his more than 15 years in the technology industry, Mr. Killoh's primary focus has been on product development, support and engineering.
Mr. Killoh holds a B.A. in Finance from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Michael Oiknine
Apsalar founder and CEO Michael Oiknine is a tried and true entrepreneur with over 15 years experience crafting and selling companies. As the co-founder and COO of Kefta, Inc., a SaaS provider of online behavioral targeting solutions, Oiknine was instrumental in growing and shaping the business before its acquisition by Acxiom.
After earning his MBA from Harvard to complement his MS in Engineering from École Centrale Lyon in France, Oiknine was the managing director of GiSMo, a mobile payment startup owned by Millicom International Cellular and a consultant with Altis, a consulting firm now owned by Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in Paris, France.

Pandey holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Alabama. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from University of Delhi, India.
Steve Reiss
Steve Reiss brings over 30 years experience in the software industry to Apsalar. With his knowledge in all aspects of delivering behavioral targeting, as well as enterprise-class web, e-commerce and expert system applications, Reiss brings depth to product development and strategy. Before driving product strategy at Apsalar, Reiss held the position of VP of Engineering at Kefta, Inc. and at Acxiom post-acquisition.
Reiss holds a BS in Computer Science from UC Riverside and an MS in Computer Science from UC Irvine. Throughout his career, Reiss has held senior level positions in the areas of software engineering, product management, and product marketing at multiple companies including Informix Software, SGI, Kana Software, and Intuit.

Birger Steen
Birger Steen is President of Parallels. Mr. Steen comes to Parallels from Microsoft, where he was the Vice President of Small and Medium Business and Distribution.
Prior to his role at Microsoft, Mr. Steen held several senior positions at the company since joining in 2002. He started his Microsoft career at as General Manager in Norway and then moved on to serve as General Manager and Vice President of Microsoft Russia. During his tenure there, Microsoft's revenues from Russia grew tenfold. Before Microsoft, Mr. Steen was CEO of Scandinavia Online AB which was listed on the Stockholm and Oslo Stock Exchanges in 2000 under his leadership.
Birger holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim and earned his MBA from INSEAD in France.
Danny Tan
Danny Tan is the founder and CEO of Foound. Prior to Foound, Tan worked on the launch of novaglobal.com, a professional Web 2.0 social network, in Stockholm, Sweden. Before that, he spent a year working in the US venture capital industry focusing on early-stage technology start-ups.
Tan is an alumnus of the Engineering Entrepreneurship program at the University of Pennsylvania, a graduate of the School of Design & Environment at the National University of Singapore, and a winner of the Intel+UC Berkeley Technology Entrepreneurship Challenge in 2008.

Aen Tan is Head of User Experience for Foound. Previously, Tan pioneered and headed an international design and communications consultancy and was the driving factor behind Dr. Shashi Tharoor's highly successful social media campaign in India (featured in the New York Times on Jan 6, 2010).
Tan has seven years of deep experience in interactive design, which includes developing interactive product demos for Yahoo! and Sony. He also has had leading roles in design consulting, particularly in interactive and user interface design for Web 2.0 startups, advertising and media agencies, film production companies and non- profit organizations. Tan is a member of AIGA, the professional association for design based in New York City.

Jack Zubarev
Mr. Zubarev is a founder and the president of Parallels' Service Provider division worldwide including sales and operations for hosting and software-as-a-service (SaaS). Since the company's founding in 1999, he has held multiple leadership roles within the company including chief operating officer, sales engineering, product marketing and business development. Zubarev has been instrumental in building the company from its start to today with more than 700 employees.
Zubarev was also a founder of Acronis and helped establish the storage management company's sales and marketing organizations in the United States. Previously, he handled product marketing for Pervasive Software and brought its first Linux product to market. Zubarev holds a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
