Anthony Hill
Anthony Hill is the Head of Sales, Business Solutions (BSO) in West and South Europe for Nokia-Siemens Networks. He is responsible for leading the Business Solutions Sales organization in the region and manages the BSO Sales team.
Formerly Hill was Head of Global Business Services at the Vodafone Customer Business Team of Nokia Siemens Networks. In this capacity, he was responsible for leading Nokia Siemens Networks Services and Solutions business areas with Vodafone.
He joined Nokia Siemens Networks in 2008 from EDS, where he was Vice President, Account Executive, EDS Vodafone Group. Hill was part of the executive team that won the multi-billion dollar Applications, Development and Maintenance agreement with Vodafone.
Previous to EDS, Hill was Vice President, Product Marketing, and Verizon Wireless for the Wireless Data and Internet Services group. He was responsible for launching Verizon's Wireless Internet Data Services. He also has held several key management positions in ATT, GTE, and Silicon Graphics.
Ravinder Jain
Ravinder Jain is the CIO of Aircel Cellular, a leading mobile operator in India. He is Qualified in Computing with Management graduate from Institute of Management Technology. Prior to Aircel, he was with Vodafone, India for almost five years. Jain is a passionate Business – IT professional who likes to have more access to the business and does not believe to be type casted as "Technology Specialist." He highly values customer service and innovation and believes in the power of cross functional teams. He believes in business processes and its structured execution. He also headed "Business Process Excellence" function for Vodafone, India.
Jain has also worked with Sabeer Bhatia, co-founder of Hotmail and was at the helm of affairs, heading India operations, for one of Sabeer Bhatia's start-up ventures for a year and a half that added a new dimension to his perspective. He believes that it sharpened his business acumen and led the operations from front to turn into profitable India Centric operations. Jain worked with Pepsi India for over five years, where he aided the growth of business and relationships fueled by IT systems. Jain believes that each stakeholder group in the company is equally important and inappropriate allocation of time & focus will be detrimental to enterprise & to his own success.

Erwan Ménard
Erwan Ménard is vice president and general manager of the Communications & Media Solutions Business Unit at Hewlett-Packard Company. The business unit provides services- and software-rich solutions to Communications & Media companies, combining both HP's consulting & services and specialized software assets. HP solutions are the driving force behind many of today's most innovative communications and media services. Ménard has overall business accountability, including sales, consulting & services delivery, product & solutions portfolio management, marketing, strategy, R&D and support.
Prior to holding this position, Ménard was President Global Support, Alcatel-Lucent Convergence Business Group, in charge of worldwide operations and based in Belgium. Prior to the Alcatel-Lucent merger end 2006, he held various management positions at Alcatel all across the customer business cycle (sales support, marketing, program management), notably taking assignments in Malaysia and the USA. In 2004, he was appointed Vice President North America for the Alcatel Mobile Communications Group, establishing Alcatel's Mobile Communications presence in the context of the acquisition of Spatial Wireless.
Ménard holds a master of science from Télécom Sud Paris (Institut National des Télécommunications), France.
Jean-Marie Pierron
Jean-Marie Pierron, Global Head of Communications OSS/Billing Practice for Accenture, has been with Accenture for more than 18 years, 16 of which have been in the telecom sector.
He's worked with clients such as UPC Broadband, SFR, Deutsche Telekom, Pacific Bell, Ameritech and France Telecom, offering his expertise in BSS/OSS, revenue management and billing.
