Alice Harris

Ms. Harris is the Director of Billing Services for Qwest. As such, her responsibilities include strategy and execution of new billing initiatives and infrastructure improvements along with management of certain critical line operations for Qwest billing. Harris has a team of over 85 employees.

Ms. Harris holds an MBA with honors from the University in Denver. She has worked at Qwest and its predecessors for 30 years with a brief stint at Level3 Communications where she was the Senior Director of Network Processes and Metrics charged with aligning North American and European network deployment processes.

Scott Petty

Scott Petty leads Vodafone's Business Products and Services team and is responsible for driving the delivery of the product and service portfolio to support the implementation of Vodafone's total communications strategy. Petty and his team are focused on product and service delivery in three key priority areas: Fixed Mobile Convergence, Machine to Machine & Global Enterprise.

Before joining Vodafone in January 2009, Petty ran the Services Division for Dimension Data, the global IT Systems Integrator. It was this role that brought him from his native Australia to the UK. During his four year tenure, his team grew service revenues from $US 800M to $US1.5Bn at a CAGR of 20% while holding cost growth at just 10% per annum. In total he enjoyed 18 years with Dimension Data – always in Services and Technical roles.

Kathy Romano is executive director of revenue assurance and billing, for Verizon Communications Inc.

She has achieved a diverse knowledge of the industry during her 28 years with Verizon by leading myriad departments including product line management, human resources, finance, systems integration, billing operations and others.
