Onur Bilgi
Onur Bilgi has 14 years of work experience in IT and telecoms. He has worked for ABN Amro Bank, JD Edwards and Industrial Development Bank of Turkey before joining Turkcell in 2003. He is the manager of Demand & Portfolio Management Group since May 2007. He has worked extensively on the setup phase of Turkcell Project Management Office. His group is responsible for providing a focal point for the discipline of demand and project management, maintaining ICT project portfolio, tracking and reporting of projects against time, budget and milestones. He is a PMP since 2005.

He currently leads Capgemini's global TME practice of over 4,000 business and technology consultants and almost $1.2B in worldwide sales.
His career spans consulting, outsourcing, systems integration, sales, marketing and executive management. A three-time CEO, he is an entrepreneur, having founded two successful firms, and has worked within large corporations such as EDS and MCI.
Slobodan Keseljevic
Slobodan Keseljevic is Head of BSS/OSS at Telekom Austria. Keseljevic is responsible for all Telekom Austria's BSS/OSS topics, including strategic planning. His department consists of development, operation and project management teams. With his extensive IT and telecommunication experience, Keseljevic performs a leading role in transformation process towards next generation BSS/OSS.
Keseljevic joined Telekom Austria in January 2009. Prior to his current role, Keseljevic served at Mobilkom Austria for nine years as a Billing Project Manager and Head of CRM. Keseljevic holds an MA from the Technology University of Vienna, and has a postgraduate education in Software Engineering – from the Architecture and Technology School in Bern Switzerland.
Matthew Mason
Matthew Mason is currently the Senor Director of Billing Payments and Collections at du based in Dubai and has been with the company for four years. Mason has been involved in the telecommunications industry for over 19 years working on the vendor and carrier sides of the business for 15 Carriers in 10 countries. During his carrier he has covered all aspects of revenue management systems implementation, integration and business operations.
Late nineties Mason formed Finer Solutions as the Managing Director and worked on numerous implementations as a Systems Integrator and Program/Project Director with ICL/Fujitsu Consulting. He was responsible for implementation of CRM, Billing, Mediation systems and process re-engineering projects with PLDT, SMART and Globe Telecom in the Philippines, Global One/France Telecom, BT Wholesale, BT Cellnet, NTL, Energis and Aduronet in the United Kingdom and Maxitel in Portugal.
