I agree. I LOVE Flora.tv. But part of what made it great was that it was a wonderful and free service.

All I can say is I AGREE 1000%! I now visit about 75% LESS as a result of seeing this move on Fora's part. Why not just stick to an advertising based model? http://www.FredGleeck.com

I am finding myself compelled to comment about FORA.tv and it's option for paying for robust content. I think it is GREAT that FORA.tv provides so much information across so many areas and how it breaks up the videos into teasers, trailers, intros and overviews. They make these available for free in most cases. I see nothing wrong in having a 'subscription' for a 'premium' account.

If I am truly interested in a topic being discussed in-depth then I am willing to pay the extra amount, as long as it is reasonable.

The content of FORA.tv is extremely well-polished and professional. I definitely will be taking advantage of new membership level... FORA.tv Plus. I intend on becoming a member and go the 'annual member' route.

Great job, FORA.tv!!! I wish there were more websites and organizations with your level of quality presentation and reasonable viewing options.

I would just like to know something.

Would eventually fora.tv become fully paid service? Are we going to be paying for all the content here?

Because I noticed more and more features become "pay-if-you-really-want-it" ...

And the "world is not thinking" if we end up to "business as usual" which follows the motto "money talks".

Personally I'd greatly appreciate it if you told us if you plan to make fora.tv a fully paid service... so that I can already stop coming here ....

Thank you ...

Textbooks are not "books". Bill Gates clearly makes the difference between a "textbook" and an "ancient book". Interactive engagement is a mode of self-assessment. Diagnosis: "Look, the problem in your exercise math is..." (Bill Gates smiles here).
Textbooks in this format include what Lacan called "Subject supposed-to-know". Does the student need this inclusion?
