Mitchell Berman
Mitchell Berman is Co-founder and Executive Chairman of ZillionTV. His 25 years of executive management and entrepreneurial leadership in multimedia entertainment and technology includes a combination of powerhouse television brands and rising television technology start-ups.
Under his global leadership, Berman has spearheaded the launch of consumer entertainment services spanning cable, DBS, IPTV, Broadband, P2P, VoIP, wireless, interactive television, video-on-demand (VOD) and digital advertising insertion.
Jim Funk
Jim Funk leads partnership and content relationship efforts for Roku. Funk was previously the VP of Business Development for Internet TV at Netflix. Prior to Netflix, Funk was VP Marketing & Co-Founder at Akimbo Systems.
Previously Funk has held executive management positions at Macromedia and marketing positions at Apple. Funk has both a MBA and a bachelor's degree from Stanford University.
Andrew Kippen
Andrew Kippen is VP of marketing at Boxee. He worked in the Economic Development Office of the French Embassy, helping French companies understand and approach the US technology marketplace with innovative messaging and positioning strategies.
He organized and emceed Tech Connection, a networking event for the tech community that consistently drew hundreds of entrepreneurs, bloggers, journalists, and venture capitalists.
After obtaining his degree he quickly launched into Public Relations with Spaeth Communications, in Dallas, Texas. At Spaeth he specialized in coaching large corporate and government clients in media relations as well as handling crisis communications and strategic messaging. Some of his clients included FedEx, the US Department of Education, and Turner Construction.
Andrew was born in Dallas, Texas, raised by Scottish parents, and educated by Hungarian clergy. He holds a degree in International Communications from Franklin College in Switzerland.

Dominik Rausch
Dominik Rausch, born and raised in Stuttgart, Germany, began to write and produce short films in 1999. After starting out as a documentary filmmaker, he discovered that it is narrative and commercial filmmaking, where his true strengths are. After reading and learning about the great spirit of American filmmaking, Rausch, then 20, decided to move to Los Angeles in 2007 to acquire his Bachelor of Art in Film and TV Producing at Columbia College Hollywood. He began to work in the industry, eager to learn and know everything about successful producing.
In 2008, his internship as assistant to the producers of the critically acclaimed indie feature April Showers lead to many more assistant directing jobs on film, TV, and commercial sets, including Comedy Central. Taking on all positions of assistant directing, Rausch refined his knowledge about film and TV production and decided to set his main focus on becoming a producer. This is where all his passions come together: art, people, and communication.
Dominik met actress/writer Illeana Douglas during the filming of April Showers, where they formed a friendship and since worked together on the first season of her innovative and successful web series Easy to Assemble. Coordinating production and relations with IKEA, he came on as a producer to season 2.

Anthony Soohoo
Anthony Soohoo is SVP and GM of Entertainment at CBS Interactive. In this role, Anthony is responsible for driving the direction and development of CBS Interactive's entertainment division. Anthony joined CBS in 2007 with the acquisition of Dotspotter, one of the fastest growing community-powered pop-culture properties on the web where he served as co-founder and CEO. Prior to founding Dotspotter, Anthony was Vice President and General Manager at Yahoo responsible for the strategy, management, development and financial performance for various business units. Prior to Yahoo, Anthony was COO of ALWAYSi, a user-generated video startup, leading the daily operations of the business, and shepherding the company towards a successful acquisition by Hollywood Media Corporation (NASDAQ: HOLL). Previously, Anthony held management positions in products and brand management at early web search company Inktomi and Apple Inc.
Anthony earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California, Davis and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
