Award-winning journalist and documentary videographer Max Blumenthal has become one of the most important journalists writing about how the Religious Right fringe movement became the Republican Party mainstream.
Whether it was his revelation of Sarah Palin's involvement with a Kenyan pastor who boasted of epic battles with witches, or his expose of the eccentric theocratic multimillionaire behind California's Prop 8 anti-gay-marriage initiative, Blumenthal's reporting goes almost instantly viral, shocks thousands, has been cited everywhere from MSNBC to the New York Times, and has landed him interviews on Fresh Air and The Rachel Maddow Show.
I can't play any fora.tv videos for the past 2 months, hoping it's a website issue. I have IE 8 on Windows Vista and Flash Player 10, but no luck. What O/S and browser are you using?
Sorry to hear that. I am running a Mac, so I can't help much. When I had a PC, I found that sometimes I just had to remove some particular software, reboot the computer, reinstall the software and reboot it again. You could try that with your IE. Otherwise, I remember that I also liked Google Chrome. You might try that.
@murtazahabib Sorry you're experiencing issues w/the player. Are you by chance behind a firewall or using an ad blocker? Both are known to cause issues w/streaming our video. If not, please try updating your version of Flash by following this link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
If you're still having issues, please email info@fora.tv or visit our Contact Us page.
If you can access the website it is probably not a firewall/content filtering issue. I have the same issue though on both FF3.5 with Flash 10 and IE 7. I download them (that's why it probably isn't a firewall issue) and then watch on Portable VLC (you can get it at www.portableapps.com).
@mfg Certain firewalls do not like the way our FLVs are streamed. So, the site will load, but the video will not stream. Also, certain ad blockers cause some issues w/the player. We're working on addressing both issues.
Wow a make believe journalist with fake integrity interviewing a bunch of drunks and pretending they represent Israel. Maybe it was taken off of You Tube because it was a waste of bandwidth.
