Archibald Cox - Mr. Cox has been the Chairman of Barclays Americas since May 2008. He was Chairman of Neo Material Technologies Inc., a manufacturer of rare earth, zirconium and magnetic materials, from September 2005 to September 2006.
Mr. Cox was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Magnequench, Inc., a manufacturer of magnetic material, from October 1995 to August 2005, and was the Chairman of Manequench, Inc. from September 2005 to September 2006.
Mr. Cox is the Chairman of Sextant Group, Inc. and a director of Hutchinson Technology Incorporated. Mr. Cox has been a director of the Company since February 2008.

He has successfully turned around and built three companies: IntraLinks, Gartner Group and MetaMatrix. As CEO of IntraLinks, Dougherty repositioned a small, money losing operation into a highly profitable and dominant shared workspace platform. In less than three years, 2000 to 2002, Dougherty rebuilt the technology platform still being used today, changed the revenue model, raised $50M of private equity, increased bookings and revenues over 10x in the headwinds of the dotcom recession, and built a market leading team. The company was eventually sold for $440M.
Dougherty was Head of Global Operations for Gartner Inc., overseeing a global tech information consultancy with 2000 people and nearly $900 million of revenue. Dougherty is credited by the company's investors and analysts for reversing Gartner's 3-year 45% decline in contract value and concurrent doubling of the stock price.
Market capitalization went from $650M to $1.3B during his tenure. As CEO of MetaMatrix, Dougherty repositioned a troubled company and successfully sold the operation to KPCB. Jim was previously head of Lotus' Internet Division and CEO of Prodigy Software which was successfully sold to SBC.
Henry Kaufman - Henry Kaufman is an American economist and financial consultant.
Currently president of Henry Kaufman & Company Inc., from 1962 to 1988 Kaufman worked at Salomon Brothers Inc, where he was Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee. He was also a Vice Chairman of the parent company, Salomon Inc. Before joining Salomon Brothers, Dr. Kaufman served as an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
William Priest - Mr. Priest was appointed to the Board of Directors of Epoch Holdings Corporation in June 2004 and became Chief Executive Officer on June 18, 2004. He currently also serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager.
From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Priest was Co-Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Steinberg Priest & Sloane Capital Management, LLC. Prior to joining Steinberg Priest, he was a Member of the Global Executive Committee of Credit Suisse Asset Management, Chairman and CEO of Credit Suisse Asset Management - Americas and CEO and Portfolio Manager of its predecessor firm BEA Associates, which he joined in 1972. Mr. Priest is presently a director of Globe Wireless and InfraReDx, and a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
He is the author of several published articles and papers on investing and finance, including the most recently published book in 2007, Free Cash Flow and Shareholder Yield: New Priorities for the Global Investor.
