David Chen
David Chen is founder of the Equilibrium Capital Group, an investment firm focused on growth equity investment opportunities in the area of sustainability. He is also co-founder of the Clean Economy Network. His focus on sustainability is a result of his work in venture capital, regional economic development and energy policy. In 2007, he was a visiting executive at the Meyer Memorial Trust developing an investing thesis on mission related investing, and this tool has since been adopted by several institutions. He has worked with the Portland, Oregon regional economic development policy, and has collaborated on the development of a framework for market-based mission investing which is now a core component of the 2% Challenge program.
Chen was a general partner at OVP Venture Partners, and founded GeoTrust and The Ascent Group. He is the Governor-Appointed Chairman of the Oregon Innovation Council and serves as a board member for several organizations. Chen is also co-owner of Patton Valley Vineyards, committed to making the finest Pinot Noir based on sustainable vineyard practices.

Drummond Pike is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tides. Awarded as an Outstanding Foundation Professional, Pike helped pioneer the advent of donor advised funds in philanthropy.
Through his leadership, Tides has helped increase the capacity and effectiveness of thousands of social change organizations. Pike was a founder and Associate Director of the Youth Project in Washington, DC, and served as Executive Director of the Shalan Foundation from 1976 to 1981.
