what's deal with botswana in here, it's one of the few African countries that has things right, with a income level close to Mexico at PPP and free national level anti-retroviral AIDS treatment program... While its battle with AIDS has dramatically decreased it life expectancy, and it is a regional issue and certainly not in the same category as Darfur or NW Pakistan.
