Ali Babacan
Ali Babacan is a Turkish politician. On August 29, 2007, he was named Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey in the new cabinet of re-elected Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Babacan succeeded Abdullah Gül, who became President. He was previously Minister of Economy in the 58th cabinet from the Justice and Development Party (AKP), which came to power in November 2002.

Anthony Charles Lynton Blair is the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom serving from 2 May 1997 to 27 June 2007, Leader of the Labour Party from 1994 to 2007 and Member of Parliament for Sedgefield from 1983 to 2007.
On the day he stood down as Prime Minister, he was appointed official Envoy of the Quartet on the Middle East on behalf of the United Nations, the European Union, the United States and Russia, and stepped down as an MP and became Steward of Her Majesty's Three Chiltern Hundreds of Stoke, Desborough and Burnham in the county of Buckingham.

Manouchehr Mottaki is the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs appointed by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
During the 2005 presidential election, he was the campaign manager of Ali Larijani, the right-conservative candidate.
Hoshyar Zebari
Hoshyar Zebari is the current Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iraq. A Kurd originally from Aqrah, a city in Iraqi Kurdistan, Zebari holds a masters degree in sociology from the University of Essex, England and studied political science in Jordan. He was the foreign spokesperson for the Kurdistan Democratic Party in the 1990s and represented the party to both the United Kingdom and the United States.
He was appointed Foreign Minister of Iraq in 2003 by the Iraqi Governing Council and held the post for the Iraqi Interim Government, Iraqi Transitional Government and the first permanent government.
