RoyalWe I think you miss Ms. Nafisi's point. She is saying there should be no such thing as The Muslim World, since we don't refer to the set of nations with an overwhelming Christian populace as The Christian World. There should be no us and them.

BTW, if the Bible is not the unifying document for the "Christian world", what is?

Let me help you out Azar - The Muslim World is a set of nations which are overwhelmingly Muslim and whose people defer to the authority of the Koran.

The Koran is a unifying document for the Muslim world in a way that the Bible certainly is not for the "Christian world."
