I'd love to see this but it doesn't work. Under "Full Program," Chapter 2 is listed as 48 minutes long, but it stops after 6 minutes - as thought it were a highlight. The "Full Program" link merely plays the 3-minute-long Chapter 1. Under "Highlights," you can click "Watch Full Program," but that takes you to Chapter 1 under "Full Programs," and you're back where you started.

I like the methods he uses to train the dog. And it makes complete sense. I would also use the same methods with my children seeing that it is best to reward the children when they are doing something right and enforce the rules when they aren't. You needn't rule with a iron fist in order to get things done. You can also compare it to running a company or just interacting/influencing with people. If you become a dictator in everyday life, people will run away but if you can relate to them on their level, then they'll come to you. And dogs are great that way. They know when you are down and they will come to you when you need comfort and they will shy away if you act mean to them. Both dogs and children are extremely sensitive to emotions.
