Manouchehr Mottaki
Manouchehr Mottaki is the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs appointed by President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.
During the 2005 presidential election, he was the campaign manager of Ali Larijani, the right-conservative candidate.
