Perhaps the wisest thing I heard in your sermon was your wife's response, "too busy hugging trees".

Could it be that there is an important correlation to consider? It comes as no surprise to me, a liberal with no political affiliation, that my father, who trusts conservative media for reliable information regarding topics such as global population, energy reserves, and climate disruption fits neatly into the picture your data and portrayal paint of the majority of conservatives.

Never before has Pascal's Wager been adaptable for such important use as right now, today. When it comes to the challenges mentioned above there is only one choice for those of us who think long and hard about the sacrifices facing our grandchildren if we err on the wrong side of these critical issues.

I'm asking you to join me in helping our grandchildren while we still can. Even if that means travelling less often to see them. If you're willing to do more, please help us put an end to corn biofuel subsidies asap.
