The title should really be 'Derene Allen on Multicultural Marketing **in the US**'. As the speaker indicated a few times, immigrants start to fuse into the (US) culture as soon as they immigrate. This core, common layer simply does not exist in other countries outside of the US, and marketing to them will require a complete rethinking of many more assumptions.
