Prior to joining the Bloomberg administration, Doctoroff was Managing Partner of Oak Hill Capital Partners.
Prior to joining Oak Hill, Doctoroff was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Doctoroff received a B.A. degree from Harvard College. He received a J.D. degree from The Law School at the University of Chicago. Before attending law school, Doctoroff was a political pollster.
Patricia Lancaster - Patricia J. Lancaster, FAIA was appointed Commissioner of the New York City Department of Buildings by Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg in April of 2002. She is a New York State Registered Architect with more than 20 years of experience in public/private real estate partnerships, teaching, and public service for the City of New York.
As Buildings Commissioner, Lancaster is responsible for setting local construction standards, enforcing the Building Code and Zoning Resolution for over 950,000 buildings and properties, and regulating New York City’s $25 billion per year construction industry.
Edward Ott - Ed Ott is the Executive Director of the New York City Central Labor Council, a chartered body of the AFL-CIO representing over 1.3 million working men and women from 400 affiliated labor organizations throughout New York City. Dedicating himself for over three decades in the "fight for fairness" within the labor movement, Ed believes "as long as we have economic inequality, we have work to do."
William Rudin - William Rudin serves as Chairman of the Board for the Battery Conservancy; as a member of the Boards of the Metropolitan Museum of Art and New York University; Vice Chairman of the Real Estate Board of New York; and an Executive Committee Member of the New York Hall of Science.
In addition, Bill serves as Director or Board Member of many other institutions including: The New York City Marathon Committee, The First Tee, NYC 2012, The Real Estate Roundtable, NYU Downtown Hospital, the Alliance for Downtown New York, JP Morgan Chase Bank’s Regional Advisory Board.
