Fire Arts and Burning Desires: Flame as a creative medium with Burning Man fire artists
In collaboration with Burning Man and Leonardo Journal, swissnex San Francisco presents an evening symposium entitled "Fire Arts and Burning Desires" with presentations by several Burning Man fire artists who will discuss the use of their work with fire as a creative medium.
Speakers attending the symposium will include Crimson Rose (The Fire Goddess), The Flaming Lotus Girls, Bill Codding (The Burninator), Wally Glen (The Zen Fire Garden), Lucy Hoskins (Satan's Calliope) and DaveX who will discuss the safety parameters of working with fire in an artistic way. - Swissnex

The Flaming Lotus Girls
The Flaming Lotus Girls are a San Francisco-based group of of female and male artists collaborating all year round to create exceptional fire art and provide a resource for learning metalworking and other essential shop skills. Their installations incorporate flame effects and enticing design on a gargantuan scale.
Louis Brill
Louis Brill, a.k.a. Louie Lights, began his quest in NYC in SoHo in the early 1970s. He continued onwards working with holography, light show projectors and eventually discovered the path of inner luminance with multi-colored Christmas tree lights. Currently he is an advocate and inspiration for electro-luminescent wire-art and has assisted in the design of multiple of costumes and props for various Burning Man activities.
Bill Codding
A fire artist whose works include the Burninator series of large outdoor fire installations.
Wally Glenn
A frequent participant at Burning Man whose works include Flaming Zen Garden and the character of Pyro Boy who wears a suit of fireworks.
Lucy Hosking
Fire artist and creator of Satan's Calliope and Dragons of Eden.
Crimson Rose
Crimson Rose is a fire artist also known as the Fire Goddess and fire performance director for Burning Man.
