When is a constitution not a constitution but a reform treaty? Maybe when politicians want to avoid a referendum they fear they will lose. Come and debate the future of the EU. Does the Reform Treaty represent the triumph of the European idea, or does it signify the exhaustion of domestic political elites? Marc Glendening
Marc Glendening is campaign director of the Democracy Movement, an all-party EU-sceptical organisation, and founder of the Sohemeian Society, a group devoted to promoting the history and values of old Soho.
Mark Littlewood
Mark Littlewood was Head of Media for the Liberal Democrats from December 2004 to May 2007, and Campaigns Director of human rights group Liberty from June 2001 until April 2004. This year he has set up Progressive Vision a non-party political think tank.
Tara McCormack
Tara McCormack is a lecturer in European Union studies and International Relations at the University of Westminster.
Her current research engages with critical security theories, the changing interpretation of war and conflict and contemporary international security policy. Tara is engaged in a number of academic working groups. She contributes articles on international affairs to spiked, and reviews to Culture Wars.
Martin Summers
Martin Summers works as a corporate affairs advisor for one of Britain's largest multinationals, and is a former Research Associate at the Institute of Economic Affairs. He produced the 2006 Battle of Ideas panel discussion on religion and faith-based politics.
