Douglas E. Schoen
Douglas E. Schoen is a founding partner and principal strategist of Penn, Schoen, and Berland Associates, Inc., a leading political consulting firm.
Over the past 20 years, he and his firm have provided advice to clients including President Clinton; Senators Hillary Clinton, Jon Corzine, John D. Rockefeller IV, and Mark Dayton; Mayor Michael Bloomberg; Prime Ministers Menachem Begin and Yitzhak Rabin of Israel; President Leonel Fernandez of the Dominican Republic; and many other national and international figures.
He is the author of Enoch Powell and the Powellites and Daniel Patrick Moynihan: A Biography, and was named Pollster of the Year in 1996 by the American Association of Political Consultants for his work in the Clinton presidential campaign.
