While scientist are wonderful people who study things and figure out how they work i think they should leave the creating to the writers... If they had been consulted on some of the things that are now real when they were written about they would not have endorsed it because they had a different view of what was possible. Writers are the dreamers and they shoud be allowed to drem.. Their ideas often are a foretelling of the future. If jules vern and Robert heinlin had consulted scientist their stories may have never been written.
