Charles Schumer is basically a nazi. He wants to ban all private gun ownership, and typically regimes that desire that also desire the complete subjugation of their (then powerless) constituency. I remember when he was questioning John Roberts during Roberts' Supreme Court nomination. Schumer wanted to know if Roberts would "broadly interpret the interstate commerce clause", since that oft-misinterpreted clause in the constitution is the Statist excuse for allowing the federal government into every area of our lives. Schumer specifically referenced the clause's creation of the drug war as a valid reason for interpreting it broadly! If Schumer really cared for the underclass, maybe he'd favor not openly tyrannizing them, murdering, and jailing them in the name of (failed and pointless) prohibition. If Schumer was running things, it would actually be worse than nazism: remember, Stalin killed vastly more people during peacetime than even Hitler did. Schumer is every bit the theocrat any Republican is, he just worships the state instead of a church. Luckily for him, it's your dollar filling the collection plate. What a hypocrite!
