Robert C. O'Brien - Robert C. O'Brien the managing partner of O'Brien Abeles LLP. His practice focuses on the areas of commercial litigation and arbitration, including intellectual property, entertainment, and franchise matters.
Mr. O'Brien has represented both domestic and foreign-based companies in complex transnational litigation and arbitration cases involving construction and oil and gas matters, among other areas. He has served as counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration and foreign claims proceedings. Mr. O'Brien is on the panel of neutrals for the International Center for Dispute Resolution/American Arbitration Association, as well as several other international panels. He has significant private practice and government experience in international legal matters.
From 1996 to 1998, he served as a legal officer with the United Nations Security Council (Compensation Commission) in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. O'Brien served as a Major in the JAG Corps of the U.S. Army Reserve (1992 to 2005).

Governor Olene S. Walker - Olene S. Walker was sworn in as Utah's 15th and first woman governor on November 5, 2003. During her tenure as governor, she led Utah toward continued improvements in literacy and education. Governor Walker also made affordable housing and homelessness prevention a priority across the state. Consequently, Utah's housing fund bears her name, the Olene Walker Housing Trust Fund.
While previously serving as Utah's first woman lieutenant governor, Governor Walker spearheaded many important initiatives including education programs, budget security measures, healthcare reform and workforce development. She led the Healthcare Reform Task Force that resulted in establishing the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP), ensuring affordable healthcare for Utah's children. Governor Walker served as Chair of the Workforce Task Force, resulting in the development of the Department of Workforce Services. She also chaired the National Conference of Lieutenant Governors and is a past president of the National Association of Secretaries of State. She was the first lieutenant governor ever to serve as the president of that organization.
