J. Vincent Cook - J. Vincent Cook is a 1962 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a senior partner and manager of the Athens law firm Cook, Noell, Tolley, Bates & Michael. Since 1989, he has taught a medical malpractice course as an adjunct professor at Georgia Law. He also has taught Trial Practice at the law school. His scholarship includes chapters published in Georgia Jurisprudence and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association's Trial Practice Manual.
