Schlafly argues against judicial activism and comments about U.S. Supreme Court appointments. During her presentation, Ms. Schlafly argues that activist judges are legislating on parental rights, private property, taxes, and marriage and she urges Americans to join President Bush in speaking out against "judges who are legislating from the bench."
