Glenn Greenwald talks about How Would a Patriot Act? Defending American Values from a President Run Amok.
Greenwald, a constitutional law attorney, didn't start off political. Then came September 11, 2001. Greenwald's disinterest in politics was replaced by patriotism, and he supported the war in Afghanistan. But as he saw Americans and others being disappeared, jailed and tortured, without charges or legal representation, he began to worry. And he began to write. His daily blog, Unclaimed Territory, is read by journalists and politicians, and was even quoted by Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wis.) at the recent censure resolution hearings.

Glenn Greenwald did a great job with the Q & A session. The point he made about the government breaking the law is a great point. It seems as if the entire ordeal has been swept under the rug.
